Conflicts of Interest; Speculation in Securities. (a) In order to avoid actual or apparent conflicts of interest, the Employee shall take all necessary actions to disclose to the Corporation any direct or indirect ownership or financial interest in (i) any company, person or entity which is a service provider to the Corporation or (ii) an actual or intended client of the Corporation.
