Conflicts of Interests Not Grounds for Removal. As the General Partner has no obligation or duty to avoid conflicts of interests, and in fact may engage in such conflicts of interests as set forth herein, any alleged actual or potential conflicts of interests on the part of the General Partner shall not be grounds or cause for removal of the General Partner.
