Conflicts, Registrable Interests and Corrupt Gifts. A. The Contractor confirms that it has carried out a conflicts of interest check and is satisfied that it has no conflicts in relation to the Services and its obligations undertaken under this Agreement. The Contractor hereby undertakes to advise the Client forthwith should any conflict or potential conflict of interest come to its attention during the currency of this Agreement and to comply with the Client’s directions in respect thereof.
