Common use of Conflicts, Registrable Interests and Corrupt Gifts Clause in Contracts

Conflicts, Registrable Interests and Corrupt Gifts. 13.1 The Service Provider confirms that it has carried out a conflicts of interest check and is satisfied that it has no conflicts in relation to the provision of Plumbing Services and its obligations undertaken under this Framework Agreement. The Service Provider hereby undertakes to advise the Framework Purchaser forthwith should any conflict or potential conflict of interest come to its attention during the currency of this Framework Agreement and to comply with the Framework Purchaser’s directions in respect thereof. Any registrable interest involving the Service Provider (and any subcontractor or agent as the case may be) and the Framework Purchaser, or their relatives must be fully disclosed to the Framework Purchaser immediately upon such information becoming known to the Service Provider and to comply with the Framework Purchaser’s directions in respect thereof, to the satisfaction of the Framework Purchaser.

Any registrable interest involving the Service Provider Supplier (and any subcontractor or agent as the case may be) and the Framework Purchaser, or their relatives must be fully disclosed to the Framework Purchaser immediately upon such information becoming known to the Service Provider Supplier and to comply with the Framework Purchaser’s directions in respect thereof, to the satisfaction of the Framework Purchaser.
