Conflicts With Any Employment Agreement. If Recipient has an employment agreement with Company or any of its subsidiaries which contains different or additional provisions relating to vesting of restricted stock awards, or otherwise conflicts with the terms of this Restricted Stock Agreement, the provisions of the employment agreement shall govern.
