Conflicts with Collateral Documents. The parties agree that in the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Collateral Agency Agreement and the provisions of any other Collateral Documents or any Warehouse Facility or Exchange Note Supplement, the provisions of this Collateral Agency Agreement shall control.
