Common use of Conflicts with the Act Clause in Contracts

Conflicts with the Act. If any particular provision herein is construed to be in conflict with the provisions of the Act, the provisions of this Agreement shall control to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Any provision found to be invalid or unenforceable shall not affect or invalidate the other provisions hereof, and this Agreement shall be construed in all respects as if such conflicting provision were omitted.
