Conflicts with Trust Indenture Act. If any provision of this Seventh Supplemental Indenture limits, qualifies or conflicts with a provision of the Trust Indenture Act deemed to be included in the Indenture pursuant to Section 318(c) thereof, the latter provision shall control.
