Conform Program Tools to SPECTRUM. If Implementer uses other tools or calculators containing Measure-level information, Implementer shall ensure that all Measure-level values conform to SPECTRUM Measure level values. Implementer shall conform Program tools to SPECTRUM annually by December 31, for the following year, or upon request by the Administrator.
Conform Program Tools to SPECTRUM. All Program Implementer tools or calculators with Measure-level information shall be conformed to SPECTRUM Measure-level values no later than February 15, 2014.
