Common use of Conformance Clause Clause in Contracts

Conformance Clause. Any provision of this Agreement in conflict with present or future governing authorities is hereby amended to conform to those authorities and such amended provisions supersede any conflicting provisions in this Agreement. The governing authorities include, but are not limited to the authorities listed in Article 11.X.
