CONFORMANCE TO SOLICITATION REQUIREMENTS. Pursuant to Rule 3-0700, Proposals shall conform to the requirements of the Request for Proposals. All required information, documents, submissions, and attachments shall be submitted with Proposals and in the required format. Failure to comply with all requirements may result in Proposal rejection. Proposers shall only enter information within the solicitation document where it is requested or required. Proposers shall NOT make any alterations to the Original Solicitation Document. Any proposal response that has altered any of ▇▇▇▇’s solicitation may be rejected.
