Conformance with Parent Financial Presentation. All information provided by any member of the ▇▇▇▇ Group to Parent or filed with the SEC pursuant to Section 6.1(c) through (e) will be consistent in terms of format and detail and otherwise with Parent’s policies with respect to the application of GAAP and practices in effect on the IPO Closing Date with respect to the provision of such financial information by such member of the ▇▇▇▇ Group to Parent, with such changes therein as may be required by GAAP or requested by Parent from time to time consistent with changes in such accounting principles and practices.
Conformance with Parent Financial Presentation. All information provided by any member of the SpinCo Group to Parent or filed with the SEC or the Canadian Securities Authorities pursuant to Section 6.1(c) through (e) will be in accordance with GAAP, with such changes therein as may be required or permitted by GAAP.
