Conformance with Post Financial Presentation. All information provided by any member of the BellRing Group or BellRing Inc. to Post shall be consistent in terms of format and detail and otherwise with Post’s policies with respect to the application of GAAP and practices in effect on the IPO Closing Date with respect to the provision of such financial information by such member of the BellRing Group or BellRing Inc. to Post, with such changes therein as may be required by GAAP or requested by Post from time to time consistent with changes in such accounting principles and practices.
