Common use of Conformance with Sunoco Financial Presentation Clause in Contracts

Conformance with Sunoco Financial Presentation. All information provided by any SunCoke Group member to Sunoco or filed with the SEC pursuant to Section 6.1(c) through (f) inclusive will be consistent in terms of format and detail and otherwise with Sunoco’s policies with respect to the application of GAAP and practices in effect on the IPO Closing Date with respect to the provision of such financial information by such SunCoke Group member to Sunoco, with such changes therein as may be required by GAAP or requested by Sunoco from time to time consistent with changes in such accounting principles and practices.
