Conformed Copy of Sublease or Assignment. For any sublease or assignment from which Tenant receives more than Seventy-Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($75,000.00) in annual rents, Tenant shall, within ten (10) days after the execution of any such sublease or assignment, deliver to Landlord a conformed copy thereof (with acknowledgements) and a conformed copy of any short-form lease or memorandum of lease suitable for recording.
