Common use of Conformed Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Conformed Credit Agreement. For purposes of reference and convenience only, attached as Exhibit B hereto is an unofficial conformed copy of the Credit Agreement (with stricken text indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text and added text indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: double- underlined text) which contains the changes to the Credit Agreement resulting from the effectiveness of the 2024A New Dollar Term Loans.
