Conforming Modifications. Each of the Loan Documents is hereby modified to the extent required to be consistent with the terms hereof. Rights to or interests in any property granted as security in the Loan Documents, including the Security Instrument, shall remain as security for the obligations of the Borrower under the Loan Documents.
