Common use of Conformity of Law Clause in Contracts

Conformity of Law. If any provisions of this Agreement or any application thereof to any Unit II member is held to be contrary to law by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision or application will not be deemed valid and subsisting, except to the extent permitted by law, but all other provisions or applications will continue in full force and effect.
