Common use of Conformity of Reporting Clause in Contracts

Conformity of Reporting. The Partners are aware of the income tax consequences of the allocations made or to be made pursuant to this Article 4 and Section 6.5 and hereby agree to be bound by the provisions of this Article 4 and Section 6.5 in reporting their shares of Partnership profits, gains, income, losses, deductions, credits and other items for income tax purposes.

Conformity of Reporting. The Partners are aware of the income tax consequences of the allocations made or to be made pursuant to this Article 4 and by Section 6.5 6.1(c) and hereby agree to be bound by the provisions of this Article 4 and Section 6.5 6.1(c) in reporting their shares of Partnership profits, gains, income, losses, deductions, credits and other items for income tax purposes.

Conformity of Reporting. The Partners are aware of the income tax consequences of the allocations made or to be made pursuant to by this Article 4 and Section 6.5 3.2 and hereby agree to be bound by the provisions of this Article 4 and Section 6.5 3.2 in reporting their shares of Partnership profits, gains, income, losses, deductionsloss, credits and other items for income tax purposes, except in the case of manifest error to the Partners.
