Common use of CONFORMITY WITH FEDERAL LAW Clause in Contracts

CONFORMITY WITH FEDERAL LAW. This Agreement and Trust shall at all times be construed and administered so as to conform to the requirements for qualification under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, as well as to conform to the requirements of all governing federal law and the Agreement and Trust shall be deemed amended automatically to conform to such legal requirements, to the extent necessary.
