Conformity with Florida Law. 1. This Certificate shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and any action or claim, including arbitration, shall be brought within the State of Florida. 2. Any statute, act, ordinance, rule or regulation of any governmental authority with jurisdiction over Company shall have the effect of amending this Certificate to conform with the minimum requirements thereof. 3. In the event any portion of this Certificate is held to be void, it shall not affect any other provisions.
