Owner agrees that the design, improvement, construction, development, and use of the Property shall be in conformance with all applicable laws and ordinances and that Owner shall comply with all Town ordinances, resolutions and regulations including, without limitation, ordinances, resolutions, and regulations pertaining to annexation, subdivision, zoning, storm drainage, utilities, access to Town streets, and flood control.
