Conformity with Regulations. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these restrictions, all terms, conditions, and regulations now existing, or which may be promulgated from time to time, by the Federal Housing Administration (“FHA”) or the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (“FHLMC”), or the Veterans Administration (“VA”) pertaining to planned unit developments are hereby incorporated as terms and conditions of this Declaration shall be binding upon the Developer, the Association and the Owners. In the event of a conflict between such regulations the most restrictive provision will apply.

Conformity with Regulations. The Administrator hereby affirms that, with respect to the rights of the Indenture Trustee and the Holders, this Authorization Agreement conforms to its existing regulations governing the issuance of commitments to guarantee and guarantees under Title XI of the Act.
