Connecting Facilities Clause Samples
The Connecting Facilities clause defines the responsibilities and procedures for establishing and maintaining the physical or virtual links between a service provider’s network and the customer’s premises or systems. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for providing, installing, and maintaining the necessary equipment, such as cables, routers, or access points, and may specify standards for compatibility and performance. By clearly allocating duties and setting expectations for connectivity, the clause helps prevent disputes over access issues and ensures seamless integration between the parties’ systems.
Connecting Facilities. The equipment and facilities approved by the Engineering and Operating Committee, added at Connecting Participant’s sole cost and located on the site of the Eldorado Substation, including, but not limited to, circuit breakers, disconnect switches, jumpers, bus extensions, metering, relaying devices, surge arrestors, and appurtenant facilities up to and including the connection to the respective A-frame structure located in the applicable bay positions, required to connect the 220 kV busses in the Eldorado 220 kV Switchyard to the 220 kV busses in the SCE-owned 220 kV Switchyard, as shown in Attachment A attached hereto. The Connecting Facilities shall include any Capital Improvements thereto. The Connecting Facilities shall not include the 220 kV busses in the Eldorado 220 kV Switchyard.
Connecting Facilities. The equipment and facilities, approved by the Engineering and Operating Committee, added at Connecting Participant’s sole cost that pertain to the Eldorado-Magnolia 230 kV Line and the Eldorado-NSO 230 kV Line and are installed in the Eldorado 220 kV Switchyard position 3; including, 220 kV circuit breakers 4032, 5032, and 6032, disconnect switches associated with such circuit breakers, associated metering, relay protection devices providing transmission line protection for the Eldorado-Magnolia 230 kV Line and the Eldorado-NSO 230 kV Line, surge arrestors, and appurtenant facilities up to and including the connection to the A- frame structure located in the Eldorado 220 kV Switchyard position 3. The Connecting Facilities shall include the portions of the Eldorado- Magnolia 230 kV Line and the Eldorado-NSO 230 kV Line and associated transmission structures located on the Eldorado Substation Site as shown in Attachment A. The Connecting Facilities also include any Capital Improvements to the Connecting Facilities.
Connecting Facilities. The Connecting Facilities for the 5AA Bank as described in Exhibit 5 A of the Amended and Restated Co-Tenancy and Operating Agreement and as shown in Attachment A. I
Connecting Facilities. The equipment and facilities approved to be added by the Eldorado Co-Owners, at SCE’s sole costs, to connect the 220 kV busses in the Eldorado 220 kV Switchyard to the 220 kV busses in the SCE 220 kV Switchyard for a limited transmission-only interconnection for the Interim Period, including, but not limited to, circuit breakers, disconnect switches, jumpers, bus extensions, metering, relaying devices, surge arrestors, and appurtenant facilities up to and including the connection to the respective A-frame structure located in the applicable bay positions, required for the termination of SCE’s 220 kV Switchyard. The Connecting Facilities shall not include the 220 kV busses in the Eldorado 220 kV Switchyard.
Connecting Facilities.
