CONNECTION AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION. 1.1 With regard to Clause 2.1 of this Licence the User’s connection(s) to the Scottish Minister’s telecommunications system shall be made in accordance with the requirements of the Technical Specification(s) at Schedule C1 this Appendix.
