Connection to a Party’s access tandem will provide the connecting Party interexchange access to the first Party’s end offices, IXCs, LECs and WSPs which are connected to that tandem.

Interconnection Customer Drawings Within one hundred twenty (120) days after the date of Initial Operation, unless the Interconnection Parties agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Interconnection Customer shall deliver to the Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner final, “as-built” drawings, information and documents regarding the Customer Interconnection Facilities, including, as and to the extent applicable: a one-line diagram, a site plan showing the Customer Facility and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the Customer Interconnection Facilities, a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Interconnection Customer's step-up transformers, the facilities connecting the Customer Facility to the step-up transformers and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, and the impedances (determined by factory tests) for the associated step-up transformers and the Customer Facility. As applicable, the Interconnection Customer shall provide Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Customer Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications.
System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the ISO OATT.
Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5. 1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.
Interconnection Customer Obligations The Interconnection Customer shall maintain the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities in a safe and reliable manner and in accordance with this LGIA.
Interconnection Customer (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: None (2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.
Network Interconnection Methods 3.1 The Interconnection provided herein may not be used solely for the purpose of originating a Party’s own interexchange traffic.
Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If ECI chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, ECI’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by ECI to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 ECI shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from ECI’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office ECI utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow ECI’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.
Preventive Care and Early Detection Services This plan covers, early detection services, preventive care services, and immunizations or vaccinations in accordance with state and federal law, including the Affordable Care Act (ACA), as set forth below and in accordance with the guidelines of the following resources: • services that have an A or B rating in the current recommendations of the U.S. Preventative Services Task Force (USPSTF); • immunizations recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; • preventive care and screenings for infants, children, and adolescents as outlined in the comprehensive guidelines supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA); or • preventive care and screenings for women as outlined in the comprehensive guidelines as supported by HRSA. Covered early detection services, preventive care services and adult and pediatric immunizations or vaccinations are based on the most currently available guidelines and are subject to change. The amount you pay for preventive services will be different from the amount you pay for diagnostic procedures and non-preventive services. Access to Work District representatives shall at all times have access to the Work, wherever it is, in preparation or in progress. Contractor shall provide safe and proper facilities for such access.
