Connection. The County will connect the Library’s data communication system to the County Library wireless network. It is expressly understood and agreed that such wireless network is for the exclusive use of the County in providing Library Services. The City shall provide CAT5 or better Ethernet cabling throughout the Library and replace or upgrade as needed.
