Conseco Finance Corp. and Seller Not to Engage in Certain Transactions with Respect to the Trust. Neither Conseco Finance Corp. nor the Seller shall: a. Provide credit to any Certificateholder for the purpose of enabling such Certificateholder to purchase Certificates; b. Purchase any Certificates in an agency or trustee capacity; or c. Loan any money to the Trust (other than Advances pursuant to Section 8.02).
