CONSECUTIVE SCHOOL DAYS Sample Clauses
The "Consecutive School Days" clause defines what constitutes a series of uninterrupted school days for the purposes of the agreement. Typically, this clause clarifies that only days when school is officially in session are counted, excluding weekends, holidays, or other scheduled breaks. For example, if a policy or deadline is triggered by a certain number of consecutive school days, only those days when students are expected to attend classes are included. This ensures clarity in calculating timeframes and prevents confusion over whether non-instructional days should be counted, thereby providing consistency in the application of deadlines or requirements tied to the school calendar.
