SCHEDULE OF RESERVED NAMES Except to the extent that ICANN otherwise expressly authorizes in writing, and subject to the terms and conditions of this Specification, Registry Operator shall reserve the following labels from initial (i.e., other than renewal) registration within the TLD. If using self-‐allocation, the Registry Operator must show the registration in the RDDS. In the case of IDN names (as indicated below), IDN variants will be identified according to the registry operator IDN registration policy, where applicable.
Authorized Capitalization As of the date of this Agreement, the authorized capitalization of Buyer consists of (i) 1,000,000,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of which 367,735,954 shares are issued and outstanding and (ii) 25,000,000 shares of undesignated preferred stock, par value $0.01 per share, none of which are issued and outstanding. Buyer has no other capital stock authorized, issued or outstanding. There are no outstanding or authorized stock appreciation, phantom stock, profit participation, or similar rights with respect to Buyer. With respect to any Buyer Common Stock that has been issued subject to a right of repurchase on the part of the Company, Disclosure Schedule 4.2(a) sets forth the holder thereof, the number and type of securities covered thereby, and the vesting schedule thereof (including a description of the circumstances under which such vesting schedule can or will be accelerated).
Hours of Service The minimum number of Hours of Service an Employee must complete during a vesting computation period to receive credit for a Year of Service is: (Choose (c) or (d)) [X] (c) 1,000 Hours of Service.
Estimated Number of Participating Households Approximately 6,460. This figure is based on loans with unpaid principal balances ranging from $200,000 to $400,000 with an average funding of $5,000.00.
Adjustment of Number of Shares Upon each adjustment in the Warrant Price, the number of Shares purchasable hereunder shall be adjusted, to the nearest whole share, to the product obtained by multiplying the number of Shares purchasable immediately prior to such adjustment in the Warrant Price by a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the Warrant Price immediately prior to such adjustment and the denominator of which shall be the Warrant Price immediately thereafter.
Grades of Service The Parties shall initially engineer and shall monitor and augment all trunk groups consistent with the Joint Process as set forth in Section 14.1 of this Attachment.
Designation and Number of Shares The shares of such series shall be designated as "Series A Participating Cumulative Preferred Stock" (the "Series A Preferred Stock"), and the number of shares constituting such series shall be 800,000. Schedule of Services Consultant shall perform the Services in a prompt and timely manner in accordance with the Schedule of Services set forth in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Consultant represents that it has the professional and technical personnel required to perform the Services expeditiously. Upon request of City, Consultant shall provide a more detailed schedule of anticipated performance to meet the Schedule of Services.
Number of Stewards The Union may designate one (1), but no more than one (1), xxxxxxx on each shift for each of the Employer's principal work areas from among those employees who work therein.
