Consent and Delinquency of Superior Lien. No obligation secured by a Superior Lien was more than 30 days past due at the time of origination of the related Home Loan. With respect to each Home Loan that is not a first mortgage loan, either (i) no consent for the Home Loan is required by the holder of the related prior lien or (ii) such consent has been obtained and has been delivered to the Indenture Trustee.
