Consent by Company. Company is executing this Agreement for the purposes of making the representations and warranties contained in Section 3, evidencing its agreement to the provisions of this Agreement applicable to it, and consenting to the other provisions hereof and to the exercise by Secured Party of its remedies provided herein.
