Common use of Consent by Company Clause in Contracts

Consent by Company. If the consent of Company to an assignment or to an Eligible Assignee is required hereunder (including a consent to an assignment which does not meet the minimum assignment thresholds specified in subsection 10.1B(i)), Company agrees not to unreasonably withhold or delay giving its consent after the date notice thereof has been delivered by the assigning Lender (through Administrative Agent).
