Common use of Consent by the Borrower Clause in Contracts

Consent by the Borrower. The Borrower agrees that any Lender so purchasing such a participation (or direct interest) may exercise (subject, as among the Lenders, to Section 14.10) all rights of set-off, banker’s lien, counterclaim or similar rights with respect to such participation as fully as if such Lender were a direct holder of Loans or other amounts (as the case may be) owing to such Lender in the amount of such participation.
