Common use of Consent Fee Clause in Contracts

Consent Fee. Administrative Agent shall have received for the account of each Lender, a consent fee in amount equal to 0.125% times the amount of each such Lender's new Commitment as reflected on Annex I to this Amendment.

Consent Fee. The Administrative Agent shall have received a consent fee, for the account of each Lenderapplicable Lender (including Citibank, N.A.) consenting to this Amendment (each, a consent fee “Consenting Lender”), in an amount equal to 0.1250.15% times the amount of each such Consenting Lender's new ’s Commitment as reflected set forth on Annex I Exhibit A to this AmendmentAmendment (“Exhibit A”), payable on the Amendment No. 4 Effective Date.

Consent Fee. The Administrative Agent shall have received received, for the account ratable benefit of each LenderLender that consents to this Amendment, a consent fee in the amount equal to 0.1250.10% times the amount of each such Lender's new Commitment as reflected on Annex I to this Amendment’s Revolving Credit Commitment.

Consent Fee. The Administrative Agent shall have received received, for the account of each Consenting Lender, a consent fee in an amount equal to 0.1250.25% times of such Consenting Lender’s Commitments existing immediately prior to the amount of each such Lender's new Commitment as reflected on Annex I to this AmendmentAmendment No. 5 Effective Date.
