Common use of Consent Letter Clause in Contracts

Consent Letter. On the Restatement Effective Date, the Agent shall -------------- have received a letter from CT Corporation System, indicating its consent to its continued appointment by Holding and the Borrower as their agent to receive service of process, pursuant to the consent letter executed in connection with the Existing Credit Agreement and substantially in the form of Exhibit K hereto, as specified in Section 11.1 of this Credit Agreement.
