Consent Limited to Transaction. Any consent by Landlord under Section 10.01 above shall apply only to the specific transaction thereby authorized and shall not relieve Tenant from any requirement hereunder of obtaining the consent of Landlord to any further Transfer of this Lease or the interests of Tenant.
