Consent Not a Waiver. No consent by BNPPLC to a sale, assignment, transfer, mortgage, pledge or hypothecation of this Lease or LRC’s interest hereunder, and no assignment or subletting of the Property or any part thereof in accordance with this Lease or otherwise with BNPPLC’s consent, will release LRC from liability hereunder; and any such consent will apply only to the specific transaction thereby authorized and will not relieve LRC from any requirement of obtaining the prior consent of BNPPLC to any further sale, assignment, transfer, mortgage, pledge or hypothecation of this Lease or any interest of LRC hereunder.
