Common use of Consent of Agent required Clause in Contracts

Consent of Agent required. Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause ý20.13 and ý20.14, no provision of this Agreement or of any other of the Finance Documents which in any way relates to the duties, functions, powers or responsibilities of the Agent may be amended, waived or suspended without the prior consent of the Agent.
