Common use of Consent of Beneficiary Clause in Contracts

Consent of Beneficiary. Whenever any provision of this Deed of Trust requires Beneficiary's consent or approval, unless otherwise specifically provided, the same may be granted or withheld by Beneficiary in its sole and absolute discretion.
