Consent of Broker-Dealers. So long as any Broker-Dealer Agreement is in effect, (i) no Supplemental Indenture which materially adversely affects the rights, duties or immunities of the Broker-Dealer created by this Indenture or the Broker-Dealer Agreement shall become effective unless and until delivery to the Trustee of a written consent of the Broker-Dealer to such Supplemental Indenture, and (ii) the Trustee shall promptly furnish to the Broker-Dealer a copy of each Supplemental Indenture.
