Consent of Funding Agents and Non-Conduit Committed Purchasers. The Issuer shall not enter into any amendment to the Indenture that would require the consent of each of the Funding Agents and each of the Non-Conduit Committed Purchasers under the Note Purchase Agreement unless such consents have been obtained.
