Common use of Consent of General Partners in Lieu of a Meeting Clause in Contracts

Consent of General Partners in Lieu of a Meeting. A. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, any action required or permitted by this Agreement to be taken at any meeting of the General Partners may be taken without a meeting, without prior notice and without a vote, if a Notice containing the consent, setting forth the action so taken, shall be provided by Partners having not less than the minimum voting power that would be necessary to authorize or take such action at a meeting of the Partners.
