Common use of Consent of Governmental Authorities Clause in Contracts

Consent of Governmental Authorities. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, to the extent that the exercise of any power granted, or remedy available, to the Agent hereunder requires the prior approval of any Governmental Authority, then the Agent hereby agrees that it may not and shall not exercise any such right or avail itself of any such remedy, until the required consent has been obtained.
