Common use of Consent of Grantor Clause in Contracts

Consent of Grantor. Each Grantor consents to the grant by each other Grantor of the Security Interest in all Investment Related Property to Administrative Agent and, without limiting the foregoing, during the continuation of an Event of Default, consents to the transfer of any Pledged Partnership Interest and any Pledged LLC Interest to Administrative Agent or its nominee and to the substitution of Administrative Agent or its nominee as a partner in any partnership or as a member in any limited liability company with all the rights and powers related thereto.

Each Grantor consents to the grant by each other Grantor of the Security Interest in all Investment Related Property to Administrative Collateral Agent and, without limiting the foregoing, during following the continuation occurrence of an Applicable Triggering Event of Default(subject to Applicable Law), consents to the transfer of any Pledged Partnership Interest and any Pledged LLC Interest to Administrative Collateral Agent or its nominee and to the substitution of Administrative Collateral Agent or its nominee as a partner in any partnership or as a member in any limited liability company with all the rights and powers related thereto.
