Common use of Consent of Guarantor Clause in Contracts

Consent of Guarantor. Guarantor, for all purposes of the Loans, hereby specifically consents to the modification of the Loans and the Loan Documents pursuant to this Agreement, and hereby agrees that all references in the Guaranty and the Indemnity Agreement to the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents hereafter shall be deemed to refer to the Loan Agreement and such other Loan Documents as modified by this Agreement.

Consent of Guarantor. Guarantor, for all purposes of the Loans, Guarantor hereby specifically consents to the modification of the Loans Loan under the terms of the Loan Agreement, as amended hereby, and further, consents to the execution by all parties of this Amendment and any other documents or modifications to documents contemplated hereby. Guarantor agrees that Guaranty remains in full force and effect with regard to all disbursements of the Loan and the Loan Documents pursuant to this Agreement, and hereby agrees that all references in the Guaranty and the Indemnity Agreement to the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents hereafter shall be deemed to refer to the Loan Agreement and such other Loan Documents as modified by this Agreementso modified.

Consent of Guarantor. Guarantor, for all purposes of the Loans, Guarantor hereby specifically consents to the modification Cross-Default of the Loans Loan, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, and further, consents to the execution by all parties of this Amendment and any other documents or modifications to documents contemplated hereby. Guarantor agrees that Guaranty remains in full force and effect with regard to all disbursements of the Loan and the Loan Documents pursuant to this Agreement, and hereby agrees that all references in the Guaranty and the Indemnity Agreement to the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents hereafter shall be deemed to refer to the Loan Agreement and such other Loan Documents as modified by this Agreementso modified.

Consent of Guarantor. Guarantor, for all purposes of the Loans, The Guarantor hereby specifically consents to the modification amendments and modifications contained in this Amendment (and the consummation of the Loans transactions contemplated thereby) and the Loan Documents pursuant to this Agreement, and hereby agrees confirms that all references in the Guaranty and shall continue to guarantee the Indemnity Agreement to the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents hereafter shall be deemed to refer to the Loan Agreement and "Guaranteed Debt" (as defined in such other Loan Documents Guaranty) as modified by this Agreementhereby.

GuarantorBy execution of this Guaranty, for all purposes of the Loans, Guarantor hereby specifically expressly consents to the modification amendments and restatement of the Loans and the Loan Documents pursuant to this Agreement, and hereby any amendments of the Security Documents executed contemporaneously herewith, and acknowledges, represents and agrees that all references this Guaranty remains in full force and effect and constitute the valid and legally binding obligation of Guarantor enforceable against Guarantor in accordance with its terms, and that the Guaranty extends to and the Indemnity Agreement applies to the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents hereafter shall be deemed to refer to the Loan Agreement and such other Loan Documents foregoing documents as modified by this Agreementand amended.

Consent of Guarantor. GuarantorBy execution of this Guaranty, for all purposes of the Loans, Guarantor hereby specifically expressly consents to the modification amendments and restatement of the Loans and the Loan Documents pursuant to this Agreement, and hereby any amendments of the Security Documents executed contemporaneously herewith, and acknowledges, represents and agrees that all references this Guaranty remains in full force and effect and constitutes the valid and legally binding obligation of Guarantor enforceable against Guarantor in accordance with its terms, and that the Guaranty extends to and the Indemnity Agreement applies to the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents hereafter shall be deemed to refer to the Loan Agreement and such other Loan Documents foregoing documents as modified by this Agreementand amended.

Consent of Guarantor. Guarantor, for all purposes of the Loans, Guarantor hereby specifically consents to the modification addition of Note F to the Loan under the terms of the Loans Loan Agreement, as amended hereby, and further, consents to the execution by all parties of this First Amendment and any other documents or modifications to documents contemplated hereby. Guarantor agrees that the Guaranty remains in full force and effect with regard to all disbursements of the Loan and the Loan Documents pursuant to this Agreement, and hereby agrees that all references in the Guaranty and the Indemnity Agreement to the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents hereafter shall be deemed to refer to the Loan Agreement and such other Loan Documents as modified by this Agreementso modified.
