Common use of Consent of Guarantor Clause in Contracts

Consent of Guarantor. The undersigned Guarantor under the original Guaranty of Lease dated November 27, 2006 (the "Guaranty"), does hereby consent to the foregoing Amendment. Guarantor acknowledges and agrees that the Guaranty is in full force and effect and shall continue to apply to the Lease, as amended by this Amendment.

Consent of Guarantor. The undersigned undersigned, the Guarantor of the Lease under that certain Guaranty dated March 31, 2011, hereby consents to and agrees to be bound by the original Guaranty terms and conditions of Lease dated November 27, 2006 (the "Guaranty"), does hereby consent to the foregoing Amendment. Guarantor acknowledges Sublease, and hereby ratifies and reaffirms all of its obligations under such Guaranty and agrees that the such Guaranty is in full force and effect and shall continue to apply to constitutes the Leasevalid, as amended by this Amendmentbinding and enforceable obligation of Guarantor in accordance with its terms.
