Common use of Consent of Majority Clause in Contracts

Consent of Majority. With the written consent of the Company, the parties to this Indenture may enter into Indentures supplemental to this Indenture or amendments to this Indenture modifying, adding to or eliminating any of the provisions hereof but, if such supplement or amendment is not of the character described in Section 9.1, only with the consent of the Registered Owners of not less than a majority of the aggregate principal amount of the Outstanding Bonds, but subject to the limitations of Section 9.2(b).
