Common use of CONSENT OF MASTER LESSOR AND SUBLESSOR Clause in Contracts

CONSENT OF MASTER LESSOR AND SUBLESSOR. If Sublessee desires to take any action which requires the consent or approval of Sublessor pursuant to the terms of this Sublease, prior to taking such action, including, without limitation, making any alterations, then, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, (a) Sublessor shall have the same rights of approval or disapproval as Master Lessor has under the Master Lease, and (b) Sublessee shall not take any such action until it obtains the consent of Sublessor and Master Lessor, as may be required under this Sublease or the Master Lease. This Sublease shall not be effective unless and until any required written consent of the Master Lessor shall have been obtained.
