Consent of Member. The Members are aware of the income tax consequences of the methods, hereinabove set forth, by which Net Income, Net Loss and Distributions are allocated and distributed and hereby agree to be bound by them in reporting them for income tax purposes. The Members hereby expressly consent to such provisions as an express condition of becoming a Member.
